Aku sudah sekitar 2–3 kali makan Pepper Lunch di Living World Bekasi, dan sejauh ini pengalamannya selalu konsisten enak. Dagingnya juicy, sausnya nendang, dan sensasi masak sendiri di hot plate itu selalu satisfying, mau datang lagi dan lagi pun tetap happy. Yang bikin aku makin suka sama cabang ini adalah pelayanannya. Staff kasirnya baik banget, bahkan tanpa ditanya sudah langsung nawarin promo-promo yang lagi available. Jadi sebagai customer tuh ngerasa diperhatiin dan dibantu, bukan sekadar dilayanin seadanya. Staff lainnya juga peka, contohnya pas ocha aku sudah hampir habis, belum sempat minta eh sudah langsung ditawarin refill. Small gesture tapi ngaruh banget ke overall experience. Dari segi tempat, area makannya cukup luas, bersih, dan rapi. Cocok buat makan cepat, makan santai, atau sekadar ngisi perut habis jalan-jalan di mall.
